Peninsula Transport warns people to stay at home and not to make any unnecessary journeys over the Easter weekend.
Chair, Cllr Geoff Brown says: “People must not even think of travelling to second homes, caravanning or camping on the Peninsula. We need to keep our transport network clear for our key workers. Our hospitals only have capacity to deal with Covid19 cases arising locally we cannot manage an influx of visitors. We also need locals to heed the Stay at Home message. Do not make any unnecessary journeys. Don’t head for beauty spots, moors or beaches. Only go out for exercise in your local area.”
